The Ruined Bell Tower was a special Halloween item, unsure of a direct, readily available replacement for that with the same cost, layout and boost %. Using the DoE put me way over, so I was able to dial back the Parks usage. Came up a few hundred short due to max 100% Parks boost. I tried to do it without the DoE (Parks instead) and couldn't make it happen.
